NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE LETTER

Could someone take a look at the attached “Notice of Intent To Sue” letter and advise if there is anything else I should include, or if there is anything wrong with it?

A little background: I attended a hearing for my MTD for lack of a verified complaint on the 19th of Nov., which was dismissed.

The attorney who showed up, Nathan Daniel, Esq. of CHOICE LEGAL GROUP, P.A., was a fill and not the attorney of record. This was personally confirmed by him when I asked him.

Once the hearing was concluded, I had my Notice of Non-appearance ready to file, and did so that same day with the clerk and mailed him a copy as well.

Since he violated Florida Rules of Judicial Adm., Section 2.505, it is my understanding he also violated Section 1692(e) of the FDCPA, hence my intent to sue in federal court.

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated,

Regards,

Javier
